This is a busy and varied role and the ability to multitask will be critical. The person we are seeking will possess exceptional customer service, be able to communicate with clients from various backgrounds. You must be confident to pick up the phone and talk to clients.
Duties:
• Face to face customer service
• Processing applications and affordability assessments
• Managing incoming telephone calls and email correspondence
• Setting up payment schedules and payment agreements
• Contacting clients to discuss dishonoured payments and arrears
• Ad hoc administration duties
Required Skills:
• Passionate about customer service
• Experienced multitasking in a sales and service environment
• Database management
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal
• High level of proficiency with computers / advanced MS Suite skills
• A great listener and natural problem solver
