Are you an experienced and mature front of house champion capable of meeting the customer service needs of students and corporate customers both face to face and over the phone?  Do you have experience working in a busy front of house role where you are responsible for customer service, calendar management, repairs and maintenance, procurement and anything else that might come up?  Are you the sort of person who prides themselves on the quality of their customer service?  If yes, then look no further.

RedHill Education an ASX listed company is an established education provider based in Melbourne delivering English, Vocational, and degree programs to domestic and international students.

We are looking for a mature and outgoing person capable of interacting with students (from all of RedHill’s businesses) in a high demand, multicultural and creative environment.  The role is responsible for:

• Responding to student queries both face to face and over the phone as the first point of reference
• Referring students to the appropriate staff / resources and making appointments as needed
• Providing students with documentation as required
• Coordinating facilities maintenance activities and supporting facilities management
• Administration and database management
• Procurement
• Any other duties as required

This is a casual role Tue & Wed 9 - 3pm and Thur & Fri 9 - 5pm.  Hours may vary week to week.
