About the Company
Our client is a progressive organisation operating within the Health Care sector and due to continued growth are seeking two experienced Customer Services Officer to join their team. About the Role
In this role you will provide superior customer service using your positive can do attitude.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing key administrative support
- Answering all incoming calls and emails
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints via phone
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Coordinate collection of client records and follow up with clients
- Ensure client information is accurate and up to date on the system
- Administrating internal processes and procedures within the team
Skills & Experience
- SAP experience is essential
- Previous experience working within the Healthcare industry is desired but not essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to have difficult conversations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and can do attitude
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
