We are seeking a motivated and reliable administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for hire transactions including bookings, transporting and closing off of hire jobs. This role has a strong customer service focus and will answer all incoming calls, coordinate hire of equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing equipment; ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Scheduling of logistics and maintenance of machinery
  • Raising of purchase orders and receipting of stock as required
  • Maintaining equipment stock inventory; including service kits and parts
  • Data entry of hire contracts and service jobs cards
  • Invoicing and finalisation of hire contracts
  • Vehicle registrations for our large fleet

To be successful in this role, you must: 

  • Maintain a class C Drivers Licence
  • Hire industry or earthmoving experience would be an advantage
