We are seeking a motivated and reliable administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for hire transactions including bookings, transporting and closing off of hire jobs. This role has a strong customer service focus and will answer all incoming calls, coordinate hire of equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Duties will include:
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing equipment; ensuring customer requirements are met
- Scheduling of logistics and maintenance of machinery
- Raising of purchase orders and receipting of stock as required
- Maintaining equipment stock inventory; including service kits and parts
- Data entry of hire contracts and service jobs cards
- Invoicing and finalisation of hire contracts
- Vehicle registrations for our large fleet
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Maintain a class C Drivers Licence
- Hire industry or earthmoving experience would be an advantage
