The Victoria Sales support team is a high performing, fun and driven business unit who thrive in a fast-paced environment. There is never a dull moment in this team and you will play a pivotal support role with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders from across the business.
 
The Role
 
We are looking for a Sales Administration Assistant ? Validation Analyst to join our sales support team in a full-time capacity. You will be collecting and collating data and running various Sales reports. Triaging customer queries through to resolution. Assist in organizing events and functions.
 
You will be working closely with our sales executives in Melbourne. You will be responsible for the following:
 
  • End to end management of orders (entering orders, ensuring paperwork and pricing is correct, tracking orders)
  • Contract Validation & collation of all paperwork for order entry.
  • Sourcing quotes for software, preparation of SOW & SQOTS, support for Solutions Specialist as required
  • Sales Support functions (proposal creation and printing, assisting with expense claims)
  • Rotating reception cover
  • Effective administration of team meetings, sales events, functions and booking of resources (catering, venue hire etc.)
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholder queries
  • Processing pricing approvals and commission claims
  • Effective resolution of customer requirements and maintaining the operational efficiency of a very busy team
The Person
 
  • Experience in sales support and office administration
  • A background in contracts & finance is highly desirable
  • Advanced MS skills & specifically with Excel and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new CRM, ERP & numerous sub-systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meet deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
