The Role
We are looking for a career focused individual looking for a terrific opportunity in the transport and logistics industry to join our Customer Service and Administration team in Eagle Farm.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily liaison with Customers and Australia wide depots
- Provide support for both transport and warehouse admin functions.
- Disciplined and results driven with accurate data entry required
- Involvement in all aspects of Customer Service with strong adherence to process application including discrepancies, returns and general enquiries
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner and have the ability to communicate effectively where results are not possible
Experience
- Customer Service and Admin experience essential.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, with strong focus on Excel & Outlook
- Translogix experience preferred
