Due to continual growth of the company and its team, the need for a Workplace Experience Specialist has arisen to continue to build on the company's already terrific culture and to breed success through a synergistic workplace. 

This role is an anchor to the delivery and coordination of the workplace experience for our great employees, providing them an awesome experience and great place to work. Your scope will be broad and would suit someone who is excited to get to work on all types of tasks and wear 'many hats', juggling multiple balls, initiatives and principles.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning, coordinating and delivering on in-house/off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, conferences, workshops, and events;
  • Greeting and providing support to company visitors, ensuring efficient front of house operations;
  • Coordinating employee meetings including technology, room setup, agenda distribution and storage of presentations;
  • Being the primary contact with building facilities management on all maintenance matters covered by building management;
  • Coordinating culture initiatives, people programs or growth and development initiatives;
  • Assisting in onboarding processes for new hires across Australia with their People Leader and P&C;
  • Supporting the Head of People and Culture in annual and quarterly processes;
  • Maintaining an employee list and HR folders with accurate data;
  • Supporting the business’ talent acquisition specialist in recruitment coordination services;
  • Maintaining and improving the company’s organisational chart.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and have a natural ability to get up to speed quickly on new tech products;

  • Ability to prioritise own workload and proactively manage expectations with key stakeholders;
  • Receptive to feedback and a desire to improve themselves.
