CAMILLA AND MARC Receptionist

The Role

The Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for the CAMILLA AND MARC office and effectively greets and manages guests as they arrive at CAMILLA AND MARC, over the phone and via email.

The role is also responsible for key elements of general administration to CAMILLA AND MARC departments to effectively support the efficient operations of the support office.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday and enjoys all the benefits of working for an Australian Designer.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the key point of entry for CAMILLA AND MARC and signs visitors in.  Acts with tact, discretion and courtesy at all times.
  • Supporting the EA with the smooth running of the office
  • Coordinating the meeting room calendar's
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and redirecting to the relevant internal phone-lines
  • Managing the daily mail by posting, opening and distributing daily mail to employees
  • Providing administration support, data entry and reporting for various departments 
  • Supporting the ecommerce department with customer care
  • Maintaining the reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen area  at all times to ensure it is clean and tidy and in professional condition

  • Immaculate presentation and professional manner
  • Efficient time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Current drivers Licence
  • Eye for detail

Qualification Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in a client/ customer facing Reception or Administrative Assistants role.
  • Proficient PC skills and able to use all office related programs.

To be successful in this role you will need to have had some previous experience in the fashion industry, be able to use your own initiative and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
