  • Need full commitment as training given

Part time roles 20 hours 4pm -9pm across Monday to Thursday till the end of September. Must be able to work full time for a week during training.

Your new company
Our client, a market leader within the IT industry, are now looking to expand their correspondence team within the CBD, Melbourne location.

This is an exciting time to join their organisation as they currently expand their workforce and implement new systems and processes.

Your new role
You will be responsible for processing inbound correspondence pertaining to infringements and providing accurate document management and responses to appropriate parties You will also need to process high volumes of data accurately using various systems. Duties will include;

  • Return to Sender mail
  • Validating, verifying and processing data into systems in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Selecting appropriate outbound letter template in response to correspondence type
  • Responding to emails
  • Assisting in the Correspondence mailroom when required.
  • Applying Business rules and knowledge of legislation to assess the validity of completed nomination statements.
  • Some investigative work
  • Other general office duties as required.

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Understanding of information privacy principles
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with team spirit and an ability to work autonomously.
  • Well-developed negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Proven data entry skills with high accuracy rate
  • Ability to work in a high transaction-processing environment.


You must be able to pass a criminal check and be able to commit till the end of August. You must have no major leave booked between now and the End of August must be able start Either 30th April or th May and be able to attend an assessment centre asap.
