Your new company
This busy FMCG organisation is located in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney and operate within the beauty and healthcare sector. They are about to experience one of their busiest times of year and so require some additional support.
Your new role
You will be required to perform the following duties:
- Manage all calls and emails coming into the business
- Ensure orders are processed immediately on company database
- Support all of their clients in any follow up or complaints management
- Liaise with internal departments on invoicing and product information
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the job you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability in customer service and complaints resolution
- Fast, accurate, order processing skills
- Ability to manage a large volume of work and complete in a timely fashion
- Any experience you have working in the beauty or healthcare industry would be a distinct advantage
