We are an industry leading, Australian owned, highly successful, specialist security company based in Cheltenham, Bayside.  

MONJON provide professional personnel, equipped with leading edge technology that meets the demands of our clients 24/7, 365 days a year in and around Melbourne and Victoria.

Due to the growth of our business we need a new team member to join our team in the Rosters Team.

The ideal candidate must be friendly, hard working, flexible in thinking and must have experience as a Rosterer/Scheduler who has a focus on achieving results within tight deadlines and awesome problem solving skills.

The role is full time hours, generally Monday to Friday. In addition to this you will be required to be rostered on as the 'Duty Rosterer' on a rotating basis, to cover nights and weekends and support our After Hours Response Centre.

You must have:

  • minimum 1 years demonstrated rostering/scheduling experience, for a large number of employees in a 24/7 or fast paced environment
  • work well under pressure and be results focused
  • excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including telephone manner
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • intermediate level ability with all Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • have the ability to work to business imperative deadlines
  • display the ability to liaise and build rapport with employees and managers 
  • have the ability to solve complex problems
  • the ability to work without supervision and work well as part of a team
  • be flexible, including being on call
  • rostering/scheduling experience in a 24/7 and/or fast paced or complex
