Joining a permanent role based in Melbourne’s inner city - This is a unique opportunity to manage & oversee the operations of the concierge team to ensure first-class service is delivered to members & corporate clients on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the Company Directors to ensure a seamless execution of customer service is upheld at all times.

The chosen candidate will possess the following ESSENTIAL skills:
  • A background in Luxury brands or VIP services
  • Team management or Project management experience
  • Agile with an enthusiastic & vigorous work ethic
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Brilliant communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM – Salesforce
  • Ability to mingle & network within high social circles

The candidate will implement the following duties:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the concierge team
  • Ensure team targets & KPIs are met
  • Seamlessly manage issues & problems before escalation is required
  • Manage expectations & requests of Elite Members
  • Oversee finances, member purchases, commissions & renewals
  • Collaborate with the marketing/PR teams
  • Liaise with suppliers to fulfil member requests & enhance experiences
  • Identify new leads & potential partnerships
  • Plan, host & coordinate team meetings
  • Assist management with strategy & plans to enhance memberships, engagement & growth
This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with immaculate presentation & communication skills possessing a notable background in Luxury/VIP brands or services. You will play an integral part in the development, strategy & growth of the company by ensuring seamless internal operations & customer service is met.
