The Industry Sector comprises the Industry Automation, Drive Technologies and Customer Services divisions.
A unique opportunity is available for a motivated Technical Sales Support Professional to join the Cables business unit within DF PD. This role is based in Bayswater, Melbourne and reports to the Customer Services Team Leader.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answer Telephones/Customer Enquiries
- Proactively Support / Work with external sales representative/s in the following capacity:
- Quote preparation
- KALA sheets
- Pricing support
- Customer support
- Ownership of end to end processing of Customer Purchase Orders including:
- Expediting orders
- Processing goods returns and credits
- Stock checks and stock ordering
- Foster customer relationships
- Market analysis
- Proactively work with quote register to contact customers and secure orders
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent Customer Service/Sales skills
- Minimum 2 years of Order Management experience (desirable)
- SAP experience (desirable)
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience in the Cables Industry (desirable)
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office
