THE CLIENT
Our client are a leading organisation with a dedicated team of professionals and are located on the Northern Beaches. They seek an energetic, forward thinking and focussed individual to assist in driving this diverse business.
THE ROLE
Partnering with Senior Management to ensure all administrative requirements are fulfilled this role will include the following:
- Support to the CEO and senior management team to coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare confidential documents for Board presentations
- HR support preparing documents, reports/spreadsheets and maintain confidential files
- Travel and Events Coordination
- Office Management
- Expenses, Diary Management, coordination of meetings
- Screen calls
- Extensive internal communication for Legal, Finance and HR
THE CANDIDATE
This would be a great opportunity to develop your career whilst utilising your already superior administration skills. Ideally you will have PA/EA experience or office management skills, the ability to liaise with people at all levels and strong written and verbal communication skills. A flexible attitude is a must as every day will be different as are your well honed Microsoft skills.
