We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Officer at our Cheltenham branch. The role is full time and permanent, working within a close knit team environment.
Key responsibilities include :
· Typing, data entry & other admin tasks
· Taking telephone orders and general enquiries
· Liaising with truck drivers
· Customer service
· Invoicing and banking
· General office duties
Candidates must possess the following skills and abilities:
· Previous experience in a busy office environment
· Strong telephone based customer service skills
· The ability to multi task & prioritise
· Excellent administration skills & experience
· Basic computer skills
· Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
· A can-do attitude
