About the business and the role

Founded in 1998, just outside Sydney, Australia in the soulful suburb of Bondi Beach, STM Goods has become an industry leader in laptop bags, packs, fitted cases, and other accessories designed to make doing whatever you're doing easier, safer and a little more unique.

We are offering a fantastic package for this Sales Support position, the office is based in Alexandria, this position is to commence immediately.

The Overview is the ideal candidate will be the liaison between customers, sales and Warehouse staff. You will manage the quoting register, deal with enquiries, work autonomously and record all information on the CRM system. You will provide administration assistance to the management team, prepare customer activity reports and assist the sales team with all duties as required, but not limited to below:

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Processing sales orders, return authorisations, claims for Distribution and direct accounts.
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their customers.
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team. Accurately tracking sales and stock movements for ANZ and customer service enquiries via email
  • Support the sales team with any and all ad hoc requests.
  • Providing accurate ETA reporting to Distributors and direct accounts weekly, ensuring timeline expectations are clear and reasonable
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships with potential accounts at industry trade shows.
  • General office admin
  • Answering Phones (Reception duties)
  • Data entry
  • Drafting correspondence and document preparation

  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
  • Team player 
  • Own car & Drivers License
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
