The Role

We are currently seeking a talented Team Administrator. As a member of the business support team, the Team Administrator provides front of desk services to the business, supporting all facets of reception and related administration and business support.

Your main duties will include:

  • General reception and administration support
  • Assisting with the creation of proposals as required
  • Answering incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Arranging mail, couriers, stationery and office supplies
  • Assisting with management of company vehicles and travel bookings
  • Assisting with Brisbane Office Quality Assurance, OHS & Document Control Activities
  • Data entry and assisting with file management
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships internally and externally and contributing to effective client relationship management.

Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience working in a medium-large office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work independently
  • High level personal presentation
