My client is a fast-growing multi-disciplined professional advisory group that is currently acquiring accounting and legal practices in Australia while establishing joint ventures with practices located in key business centres of Asia.
The role:
The role is for a "people oriented" person who presents the company in a highly professional manner.The successful candidate will have the ability to make every client feel special.
Your duties will include:
- Warm meet & greet of incoming clients
- Managing calls and queries quickly and efficiently
- Helping our accounting team with daily tasks and administration work.
- Managing meeting rooms
- Keeping reception area and kitchen clean and presentable
- Mail and couriers
- All general tasks as directed
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Basic Accounting bookkeeping experience
- Proven reception experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Be confident, personable and approachable
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail, and an ability to prioritise a busy workload
Chinese language skills, and previous experience in working in a professional office environment will be an advantage but is not essential to landing this great opportunity.
