Our client is looking to appoint an office administrator initially over a 12 month period to help with the smooth running of the business daily on a part-time 3 day a week basis.

Description
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting with event co-ordination
- Manage the booking of meeting rooms
- Liaise with facilities personnel on any issues
- Travel booking for staff
- Ordering of office supplies
- Assist with reception cover when required
- Help with general office upkeep
- Ad-hoc administration duties
Profile
The ideal candidate will posses the following:
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experienced MS Office user
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Available to commence work this month
