REFAP Industrial Services operates a commercial laundry located in the light industrial area in Karratha and servicing the local and Pilbara community.

We are seeking expressions of interest for Receptionists to join the laundry services team which will offer laundry and dry cleaning services 7 days a week.

Receptionists will:

• interact with customers in a positive and professional manner at all times
• receive laundry and dry cleaning and handle financial transactions
• manage enquires and attend to all phone and email communication
• complete general office duties including stock ordering
• work with the laundry services team to complete ad hoc duties as they arise 
• must be organised, enthusiastic and have strong attention to detail
