About the role

A great opportunity for an experienced and passionate Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a leading Developer business based in Melbourne CBD. The ideal individual will have excellent administration skills while having experience supporting a Sales & Marketing division and a background and flare from the Property sector and fluent in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Playing a key support role within the Marketing Division of the business your role will be varied and include but not be limited to:

• Providing extensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team and other divisions when needed
• Responding to all email and phone enquiries internally and externally
• Writing and formatting proposals and other documents
• Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
• Updating and maintaining internal databases and systems
• Using InDesign / Adobe
• Creating and assisting with marketing administration
• Liaising with Head Office on projects and prepartion of
• Ad hoc duties as required

Skills / Experience

• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Must be degree qualified
• Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
• Real Estate or Property background ideal
• Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work, good oral communication skills, including the ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people and to use discretion with confidential information
• Excellent written and communication skills both in Mandarin and English
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
