Join forces with Linkforce, the leading shutdown maintenance service provider to the mining and resources sector. We have an extensive and diverse workforce of skilled professionals, tradespeople and administrative staff. We are on the lookout for top quality personnel to join our growing corporate team.
Due to continued growth we are looking for Mobilisation Coordinators to join our team.
The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment, will be able to manage a high volume workload, conflicting priorities and work well under pressure.
Based in our Perth CBD Head Office, these positions are offered on a 9/5 roster and come with the opportunity for career growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning and coordinating manning requirements for Shutdown Maintenance and project works
- Providing correct manning levels and timely implementation of the labour force
- Checking trade qualifications and training is current and compliant with site requirements
- Booking and organising flights, travel and accommodation
- Liaising with site and staff via phone, text message and email
- Monitor and record operational performance
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Solid administration experience with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Very good time management, organisational and coordinating ability
- Up to date experience with the Microsoft Suite including Access & Excel
- Experience using ERMS, OnBase, FMG Portal or similar software is highly advantageous
- Experience in the mining industry is highly advantageous
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
