About Us

Integrity and Values is an Australian owned global leader in behavioural change, leadership profiling, executive coaching and team development.  We are unique in that we have developed and own the Integrity and Values leadership profiling tool, using groundbreaking research into the behaviours and values of leaders in the workplace.  We are a small yet dynamic team, with our head office in Macquarie Park.

A role currently exists for an organised and detail orientated Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, hard-working team. This role will focus on co-ordinating our corporate client Leadership programs, reporting into the Program Manager.  Duties will include reviewing contracts, booking venues (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) for workshops, communicating verbally and in writing, with all internal and external stakeholders (including CEO’s and HR Directors), managing electronically filed documentation, setting client appointments and generally managing the programs from beginning to end ensuring extraordinary customer service.

We are looking for a professional, proactive, structured, support person who can co-ordinate all logistical aspects of our training programs.

The successful candidate will have;

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience in an office environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service focus and skills
  • Demonstrated initiative
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and databases
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential and personal client information
