About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and detail driven person to join our fun and welcoming team.
The successful applicant will have a professional and pleasant manner with everybody (be friendly and kind), have an excellent eye for detail, be honest, professional and well-presented, and discrete.
You must also be proficient with computers, in particular proficient in Office Outlook, Word and Excel, and be savvy with basic IT equipment such as setting up printers.
This is an opportunity to work amongst motivated, friendly and smart people who love their work, and getting to know their clients and their businesses.
This is an entry level position where you will receive comprehensive training and report to the practice administrator.
Skills and experience
Our small, friendly office requires assistance with:
- General administrative and receptionist duties (although you will sit within the team);
- Liaising with clients and client management;
- Providing secretarial support to senior staff;
- Assisting to manage client files and to progress matters where appropriate; and
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office.
