Our company is seeking two part time administration assistants to complete the following duties:
1. Creating invoices for clients
2. Interacting with clients by phone and face to face to ensure exceptional customer service
3. Scheduling of staff and sub contractors for clients
4. Checking time sheets of staff and subcontractors
5. Checking payroll has been processed correctly for staff
6. Interacting with staff and subcontractors to ensure they are looked after and remain motivated
7. Assisting others in the office as required
8. Manage phone calls at nights and weekends when rostered on.
9. Manage the online booking system
You will report to the General Manager.
You will be required to job share with each other and liaise with each other about issues you have found during the course of your roster.
Your roster will be across 3-4 days each week from Sunday to Saturday with approximately 25 hours per week each.
This position requires someone who is self starter and able to work as an individual and as a team member. You must have exceptional customer service skills; be computer literate; and have the capacity to work shift work on a set roster. This is predominantly an office position with after hours work.
