About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a full time administration Officer to join our team in Western Sydney on a fixed term contract finishing June 30 2019. There is opportunity to work out of either North Parramatta or Croydon offices. You will be required to provide administrative support to the South Western Sydney and Central Coast teams, assisting their Team Leaders, Managers and Coordinators. 

The Administration Officer ensures administrative processes are in place and maintained for the effective and efficient running of a Disability Support Area, including administrative onboarding of participants, support to teams, and support with finance processes, to ensure business performance is maximised.


About You
  • Relevant qualification/s and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with financial management systems
  • Intermediate MS Office application skills (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a range of staff, both verbally and electronically
  • Ability to multi-task to complete a range of administrative tasks
  • Capacity to implement administration and NDIS policies, procedures and instructions, document control and records management systems and processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work both individually and within a team environment with a ‘can do’ attitude
