The Company
Belgravia Health and Leisure Group proudly manage the City of Sydney's five Iconic Aquatic and fitness leisure centres (Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, Cook and Phillip Park Fitness and Aquatic Centre, Andrew 'Boy' Charlton Pool, Victoria Park Swimming Pool and Prince Alfred Park Pool)
Our centres attract more than 1.8million annual attendances and plays a pivotal role in supporting the City of Sydney's Sustainable Sydney 2030 Strategy.
The Role
The Administration Coordinator, to be based at Cook & Phillip Park Aquatic & Fitness Centre, oversees and maintains facility administration including point of sales, weekly banking, reconciliation reporting and accounts payable & receivable for financial reporting to Head Office.
Skills & Attributes:
- Friendly, helpful and energetic work style
- 2 years previous experience in a similar administrative position
- Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
- Intermediate computer skills including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suit
- Sound attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Extensive experience in reconciliation reporting and weekly banking
- Experience in the leisure industry is desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Police Check
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
