Reporting to the State Retail Manager, this role will be the first point of contact for franchise and company stores across NSW and responsible for providing expert assistant and advice to our people.

This role will work in the retail sales support team in our NSW state office in Huntingwood and be the go to person for support. This role is critical in ensuring our customers are provided with a hassle free, professional experience with our company at all times.

DAY TO DAY…

Providing telephone and email service to stores across the state, providing service excellence, problem solving, order processing and resolving issues with orders, communication with the warehouse for the stores and deliveries.

Role responsibilities…

  • Taking incoming calls and responding to a high number of daily emails
  • Following up orders and communication with warehouse
  • Problem solving for the stores
  • Managing the order process

YOU…

You will have the ability to listen intently, take ownership of situations as they occur and provide our staff and customers with a sense of confidence.

  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience
  • Efficient and accurate administration skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An adaptable personal style to suit varying interactions
  • The ability to become an expert – the “go to” person for your team
  • Solid time management skills
  • Daily communication between warehouse & retail stores
  • Problem solving ability and ability to multitask
