The Opportunity 

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a leading specialist international Education Institution. With a strong history, a fantastic reputation as a leader in their field, this organisation is seeking an outgoing, dynamic and flexible Student Services Officer to join their small Perth campus. 

The Role 

As the sole Student Services Officer on campus you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service to students over phone, email and face to face. This is an autonomous role that would suit someone who enjoys a mix of customer service and administration. 

The Duties

• Act as first point of contact for all students
• Answer calls, respond to emails and meet and greet students on campus
• Manage and maintain student database, ensuring integrity of data for audits
• Process student payments for course fees

The Candidate 

This role will suit someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing customer service as well as administration and data entry. In order to be considered you must have;

• Customer service and administration experience
• Experience in a student services role within the vocational or higher education will be highly regarded
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate use of MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be able to work well autonomously
