Essential duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receives customer's requests by telephone or mail, analyze requests, provides information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
2. Responding politely and courteously to the buckets of customer inquiries via mail or telephone and making sure that any problems they have is resolved.
3. Obtains and examines all the relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible remedy.
4. Analyses transitions, corrects records, and adjust errors.
5. Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation
6. Processing purchase with our manufactories, communicate and follow up。
7. Basic knowledge of MYOB is a benefit.
Qualifications:
1. Working experience in clothing apparel or wholesale business would be better.
2. Good communication, problem-solving, listening and intrapersonal skills.
3. Ability to type effectively and efficiently
4. Ability to work independently with time constraints.
5. Intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft office)
6. Must have the ability to handle fast pace working environment and be able to complete job on time
