About the opportunity

 

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our North-Sydney based Transport Advisory Team. Reporting to the Manager, Transport Advisory the Team Administrator will be responsible for supporting our Transport Advisory Leadership Team in Eastern in an administrative capacity with confidential, secretarial and administrative activities to assist the efficient running of the Transport Advisory Group.

 

Additionally, the role will be responsible for the management and provision of efficient administrative and organisational support for the Transport Performance Unit and office.

 

About you

 

This role requires an individual who is committed and flexible in their approach to work, someone who is a friendly team player but also able to maintain confidentiality. They need to be extremely well organised with the ability to establish priorities in order to meet deadlines.

 

Key knowledge and skills required for the role:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Intermediate experience in Adobe Acrobat and Visio
  • Intermediate experience in SharePoint
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • 60 wpm minimum
