Our client is a continuosly expanding construction powerhouse who is dedicated to providing the most professional service as well as high quality product. Our client is looking for an experienced receptionist who will be able to adapt to new situations quickly and assist with the efficiency of the front of house team.

Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet visitors and manage the phones in a professional manner and
  • Adhering to company processes and systems
  • Update and maintain database records with accurate information
  • Support the office through the coordination of reception, administrative services and constantly provide excellent customer service
  • Direct calls and emails to the appropriate sites and team members
  • Provide accurate information to customer enquiries over the phone, email and in person
  • Collate, sort and distribute all mail internally and externally
  • Formally introduce prospective clients and consumers with key stakeholders

Profile

Our client is looking for someone who possesses the ability to:

  • Participate in a team based professional environment and contribute to the smooth operations of the front of house
  • Has basic understanding of the construction industry as a whole
  • Maintain a polished and dynamic outlook whilst being extremely customer focussed in their work
  • Effectively understand and use MS Office Suite with confidence in MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Manage time effectively and develop organisational information efficiently with high attention to detail
  • Experience in an office support role with strong receptionist skills (preferred)
