Junior Receptionist – Full Time

Belperio Clark is a small legal firm which has been established for 25 years, specialising in Commercial, Family and Wills & Estates law.

Our firm prides itself on its reputation, its knowledge and expertise in the chosen areas of practice and for its supportive, caring and friendly environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated receptionist in our administrative team. We are seeking an individual that prides themselves on client service and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet clients including reception phone duties
  • Diary management, assisting solicitors, managers and team members on a daily basis.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including maintaining electronic filing
  • Invoicing accounts and receipting payments
  • Manage banking/cheques/money handling
  • Offering a range of administrative support including, but not limited to, photocopying, scanning, banking and filing as required
  • Usage of Microsoft Office applications, primarily excel and word
  • Tidy and maintain the reception and kitchen areas and ordering of office supplies
  • Typing of correspondence and other legal documentation
  • Other administrative ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will:

  • Have high standards when it comes to attitude and presentation
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Have an ability to liaise with clients and staff in a highly professional and friendly manner
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication (written and oral) and organisation skills
  • Demonstrate strong initiative
  • Have exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines
  • Able to coordinate projects, events and meetings
  • Have an ability to prioritise diverse and changing workloads
  • Ability at times to work under pressure

This role will involve working closely with all administrative team members so the ability to work in a team and communicate clearly is essential. The role would be suitable to an individual with legal administration experience who is also seeking personal growth and development.
