We are seeking a motivated, professional, and highly organised person with a strong work ethic to join the Medicine and Community Care team. This is a excellent opportunity to be an integral part of a high performing team, in a fast paced environment.
About the Role:
In this position, you will provide high level administrative support and assistance to the Divisional Director of Nursing and Operations; the Subacute Services Senior Nurse Manager; and the Clinical Director Aged Care Medicine and Community Care.
- Preparation of documentation and correspondence
- Meeting management, typing of meetings and agendas
- Email management and correspondence
- Calendar and diary management
- Coordination and response to incoming and outgoing phone calls
To be Successful in the Role:
- High level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Proven organization skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- High level of computer literacy, strong MS Office skills
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant essential
