We are seeking a motivated, professional, and highly organised person with a strong work ethic to join the Medicine and Community Care team. This is a excellent opportunity to be an integral part of a high performing team, in a fast paced environment.

 

About the Role:


In this position, you will provide high level administrative support and assistance to the Divisional Director of Nursing and Operations; the Subacute Services Senior Nurse Manager; and the Clinical Director Aged Care Medicine and Community Care.

    • Preparation of documentation and correspondence
    • Meeting management, typing of meetings and agendas
    • Email management and correspondence
    • Calendar and diary management
    • Coordination and response to incoming and outgoing phone calls

      To be Successful in the Role:

      • High level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
      • Proven organization skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritise
      • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy  
      • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
      • High level of computer literacy, strong MS Office skills
      • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant essential
