Design & Build are currently inviting applications for the role of Senior Business Support Officer to join the Community Infrastructure division of Council in Melbourne north - west. 

As the Senior Business Support Officer you will provide high level administration support to the Manager and Coordinators of the department through effective, timely & regular reporting, organise and attend committee meetings including preparation of agendas & taking minutes as well as acting as the effective to the broader organisation on behalf of management. 

Key Responsibilities; 

• Relevant experience in a similar role paired with associated tertiary qualifications
• Previous experience providing high level administration support at executive level
• Ability to arrange meetings, produce agendas and take minutes
• Willingness & drive to take on research projects, gather and present findings to management
• Ability to use professional judgement in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
• Confidence liaising across all levels of a political based organisation and gain cooperation from others in order to achieve timelines & objectives
