We are a local Australian owned Business with a position available in our Office for Administration duties.

To be considered for this role you MUST;

• Have previous extensive experience in appointment scheduling and organising calendars
• A substantial knowledge of the Newcastle/Hunter Region

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Answering Phone Calls
• Booking/Scheduling appointments
• Taking Messages for other staff members
• Following up with tasks to be completed
• Handling Sales Enquiries
• Payment Processing
• Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
• Handling external and internal communication systems
• Help manage clerical or other admin duties
• Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Create and update records and data base to reflect every part of communication within our CRM
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
• Assist colleges wherever necessary
• Data entry and performing a variety of other tasks such as, filing, photocopying, emailing etc

Skills & Experience

• Office Organiser 
• Phone Manner
• Newcastle/Hunter Location knowledge
• Previous Administration Experience is essential 
• Can work well in a team and on your own 
• Self Motivated with initiative to think outside the box
• Fast learner 
• Well presented
