ABOUT THE ROLE...

We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Sales Administration team based at our Alexandria Head Office. The main focus of this role is to process orders and returns and to answer customer queries via phone and e-mail.

This is a permanent full-time role offering the right candidate a supportive and focussed structure as well as a fun, inspiring and empowering workplace. The successful candidate will take great pride in providing exceptional service to customers and be understanding of the impact of prompt resolutions. This is a busy and dynamic role ideal for an individual that understands both the importance of accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service.

With the key responsibilities around:

  • delivering optimal levels of customer service at all times;
  • efficiently entering and processing orders, returns & deliveries;
  • adherence to processes and procedures;
  • liaising with Warehouse and Reverse Logistics teams
