So what's the role about?

To support our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced front desk Receptionist to join our team in our Campbellfield Branch.

Reporting to the Dealership Accountant you will be responsible for ensuring the utmost in professional care and prompt service managing our busy switchboard and front desk reception area whilst supporting the administration team.

You will act as the dealership ambassador being the face and the voice of our dealership, professionally dealing with customers and visitors providing exceptional experiences and ensuring that the reception area is run smoothly.

You will have a professional, warm, confident and positive approach with people and be able to communicate effectively to build lifetime relationships with internal and external customers. You will have an excellent telephone manner and presentation skills, be able to handle a very busy telephone switch board and reception desk.  The ability to handle Customer challenges with a mature and can do attitude and make their experience a memorable one is a key requirement of this role.  Exceptional time management skills with a strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise work to meet Dealership deadlines will be the key to your success.  This position has a broad scope and will also include administrative support duties for the various departments in the dealership.

You will be well presented and have a professional phone manner with a bright and enthusiastic personality. Excellent communication and the ability to multi task under pressure along with intermediate skills with MS Office will also be required.

You must have demonstrated experience with:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Provide general administrative support and clerical duties
  • Experience with a CRM program
  • Be reliable, punctual and tidy
  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Be well extremely well organised
  • Have strong attention to detail
