About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer to join a highly reputable NSW Organization in Lidcombe for an immediate start!
Duties:
- Prepare reports, plans, briefing notes and submissions relating to business activities of business unit
- Undertake research and provide timely analysis, information and reports
- Prepare and maintain a range of documents both electronically and in hard copy
- Participate in projects related to development, implementation, monitoring & review of sections key governance.
- Maintaining records and undertaking research
The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:
- Previous Project Officer experience is essential
- Previous coporate reporting and undertaking research required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience using Microsoft Access is highly desirable
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independantly
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
