ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Business Administration Manager, you will play a key role in the running of the office. You will need to be organised, have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This role is part-time, 2 days a week with a view to increase to 3.
You will be a ‘go to’ person for all of our staff, therefore strong interpersonal skills are essential. Coordination skills
are also important to ensure all office operations run smoothly.
This role is ideal for a university graduate or someone currently studying Business Administration/Management who is looking for a part-time role but still wanting to make an impact and gain real on-the-job skills, experience & knowledge.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Ensuring office facilities are maintained to a high standard

Screening correspondence such as email, letters & phone calls

Organising travel requirements for all staff and clients

Purchasing of all office stationery & supplies

Assisting with HR duties such as onboarding & inductions of new staff

Supporting and assisting the Business Administration Manager as required
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:
-
1-2 years of administration experience or knowledge
-
Excellent attention to detail, strong capabilities in prioritising work and meeting deadlines
-
Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
-
Intermediate skills and knowledge of MS programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).

Works well autonomously, has strong initiative and is a self starter
