A new contract role exists to support the Customer Experience Manager in a range of projects, including the deployment of a national telephone system, launch of new customer invoices, improvement of reports and how information is presented, development of customer care training program.


This role will be to research, analyse data, write reports and make recommendations across a range of areas including:

  • The workflow requirements necessary to provide excellent customer experience over the phone
  • Develop dashboard reports that allow the business to measure and manage phone interactions   
  • The business processes necessary to produce invoices and opportunities to improve the invoice to exceed customer expectations.
