We are currently seeking an Office Administrator. This is a full-time position 8.30am - 5.00pm.
The Office Administrator plays an integral role within a dynamic team with focus on the day to day administration of the business including support to the Directors. The role is diverse and will require a 'hands on' professional who is pro-active and able to maintain the daily running of an office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General Office duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Maintaining office filing systems
- Updating contacts in SimPRO and Outlook
- Maintaining office inventory and stationery
- Formatting letters and documents in Microsoft Word
- Assisting in the organization of staff meetings and minute taking
- Data entry and record keeping in SimPro and Xero
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
- Following up on time sheets and work reports
- Receipting of goods and managing purchase order processing
- Setting up new systems/procedures to assist team workflow and growth
- Implement improvements to current processes when required
- Completing daily checklists
Key Attributes:
- Strong Attention to detail & accuracy with a can-do attitude
- Excellent grammar & spelling with the ability to assess, edit and review documentation
- The ability to research and work independently to complete projects
- Well developed organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multi task and switch duties easily
- Effective communicator with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage your workload
- Confidence to setup systems and procedures from conception to completion
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software and/or SimPRO Software desirable
Salary will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications.
