The Opportunity:This highly respected and well-known education provider are leaders within their sector with affiliate organisations across the globe. Based in Melbourne CBD they are currently seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated candidate to join their team as an Assessment Administrator.
The Requirements:
Working within this highly deadline driven department you will be required to possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
Some of your actual duties will include;
- Providing administrative support to test developers
- Extensive filing, printing and scanning
- Liaising with subject matter experts
- Managing the production of testing material and distribution
- Assisting with proof reading
- Managing filing systems and records
- Other duties as required
To be successful for this role you must possess strong proven experience in a similar role ideally within the education sector. You will also have excellent MS Office skills, coupled with strong communication skills. You will be able to work effectively within a small team and able work effectively to strict deadlines
