Facility Management 1 Pty Ltd (FM1) are currently seeking applications for Full Time Building Concierges throughout Melbourne & South Yarra.

Facility Management 1 Pty Ltd (FM1) is offering an outstanding and exciting opportunity to bring your customer service talents to work in luxury residential buildings located in the heart of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

The right candidate will be working in conjunction with a progressive facilities management organisation and as part of a small, yet highly effective team of concierge and building management staff.

  • Full-Time (38Hrs) per week Monday - Friday
  • Standard shift, 7.00am to 3.00pm or 2.30pm – 10.00pm
  • Ongoing training and development

You will possess the following attributes:

  • Immaculate presentation 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and fluent in English 
  • A natural flair for customer service 
  • Strong administrative skills across the Microsoft Office Suite and IT efficient
  • You will be trained in the in-house FM software 
  • Be reliable, proactive and a team player 
  • The ability to organise, prioritise and manage own work load with minimal supervision, whilst being self motivated and driven
  • Ability to anticipate the residents needs and to forge meaningful relationships with all residents
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Working in conjunction with the Building Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a concierge directory
  • Administration and programming of the access control systems and swipe cards 
  • Monitoring the CCTV and alerting the appropriate parties of any risks 
  • Be responsive to tenant enquiries and assist with building issues 
  • Proactively greet owners, residents and visitors and other persons passing through the buildings
  • Guide residents with services available within the precinct and surrounding areas, and assist in ensuring a seamless lifestyle
  • Implement the full requirements of the precinct security, emergency and risk management committee framework
  • Financial administration duties
