Customer Service - Data Entry

We have multiple positions available for Customer Service / Data Entry Assistants to work for a recognised national company on a full-time basis.

This company is a manufacturer of high quality glass products and supply to the manufacturing and building sectors.
Initially the successful candidates will join the team (after the successful completion of their medical check) as an on-hired employee working Monday to Friday in a casual on-going role. Opportunities will exist for the right person to move into permanent role after a successful 3-month contract.

About the Job

• Data entry and order processing and providing support to the customer service team
• Providing excellent customer service and data entry/administration
• Achieving team and individual based targets
• Proactively help in building rapport with customers to ensure effective customer relations are maintained

• Glass industry related experience is highly regarded, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and precision of tasks
• Great attitude and phone manner
• Have proven success in a customer facing environment
• Motivated, energetic and hardworking nature
• Willing to work in team based environment
• Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks
