Are you an exceptional organiser, who thrives in a fast paced, team orientated and ever changing environment. Within this 1:1 role you will have the opportunity to develop a great partnership with a leading  Director within an established , high profile firm.

The PA has full access to the inbox and acts as the first point of contact for a number of high profile stakeholders and clients. This role offers a huge amount of exposure to influential individuals and will be an opportunity to ‘sit at the table’ of key decisions.

The day to day duties of the role will ensure the smooth running of the MD’s work week - but not their weekend! With a great work life balance and a welcoming PA team you will feel ‘settled’ in days!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily calendars of Director
  • Email management
  • Plan appointments and events
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
  • Create regular reports and update internal databases
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Respond promptly to managers’ queries
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
  • Work with PA’s to review and recommend changes to company policies

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Solid experience with office management systems such as MS Office.
  • Familiarity with online calendars.
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
  • A meticulous nature with a keen eye for detail
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines
