Our client is a major Food manufacturing company located in Keysborough and is seeking a front desk receptionist with proven Administration skills to join their team.  The successful candidate will possess a positive and "can do" attitude, have an approachable and professional manner and able to work within a fast-paced environment.  The role will require you to be multiskilled, have attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills and want to be part of a pro-active and accomplished team.


Key Functions:

Provide Administration support to several managers

Ability to learn and take on new tasks/ duties

Handle front desk Reception and associated duties

Assist Accounts Payable and Receivable departments

Possess advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)


The successful candidate will be seeking a permanent long term full-time role where they can utilise their office administration skills and possess a stable work history in a similar environment.
