Fantastic opportunity exists for an organised, proactive and friendly person to join a boutique Glen Iris Accounting firm in an Administration Role.
Previous office experience and bookkeeping experience necessary. Part Time Role. Can work within school hours.
Skills required:
- High level experience in Microsoft Office products;
- Bookkeeping
- Experience with Xero is preferable
- Strong skills in Excel Spread-sheeting necessary;
- Attention to Detail
- Strong focus on organisation
- Highly efficient and proactive individual
- Friendly with great communication skills
- Ability to meet and greet clients
- Must work well in a team and also independently

Daily responsibilities will include:
- Client Database management
- ATO communication
- Letters, Mail, Email correspondence with clients
- ATO Registration applications
- ASIC Database management
- Spreadsheet workflow management
- Data entry
- Filing / scanning / paper management
- Accounts Receivable reconciliations
- General Office Administration and Management
- Director Support and Assistance
