We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Office Administrator to join our busy sales team in Brisbane. The primary purpose of this position is to provide reception duties, administrative, secretarial support and facilities infrastructure management. This is an 8 month contract role, with a possibility of extension.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage the office reception desk and facility infrastructure.
  • Provide facilities management, general office administrative and secretarial support as required during business hours.
  • Coordinate and manage stock and stock room.
  • Stationery management for office and team members.
  • Answer office phone calls and re-direct as required.
  • Organizing catering for office meetings.
  • Courier/mail duties.
  • Assisting with finance and purchase orders.
  • Any other ad-hoc task, as required.


Must Have:

  • Experience in front desk reception/administrative/secretarial role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
  • Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships.
  • Flexibility to prioritise effectively to meet the variety of demands needed to add value to the business.
  • Customer focused.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, conflict resolution, and independent working skills.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic member of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with global companies within large teams, juggling different priorities.
