Our client runs a successful Fitness Studio and Personal, Group & Online Training Business and is now looking for an all-round Customer Service and Office Admin Star to run their Reception and take care of Administrative duties.

A passion for the Fitness and Health Industry is a must as you will live and breath the ethos this successful company stands for. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your strong organisational skills working in an admin and client service position within an industry that you love. Perhaps you have experience managing the office or running Reception of another fitness studio or gym or wish to bring your administrative flair and customer service skills from another industry to represent a brand and company that shares your values and healthy lifestyle.

As the first impression of this business you will need to make a positive impact, be a fast learner to assist existing and potential new members with information and tours of the facility and be able to convert opportunities to grow the membership.

Equally as vital  - your organisation skills will assist the smooth running of the business, helping to coordinate and manage systems for all client files and documentation. You can really make a valued contribution with helping the owners ensure the administrative side of the operation is run smoothly and efficiently.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role you will need:
 

  • A passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle 
  • Strong administrative skills with competency using Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • To be computer literate and social media savvy 
  • Fantastic communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Great presentation and a positive, friendly and confident personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • To be highly systematic, organised and innovative
  • to be motivated and a proactive, self starter
  • to be a team player but also able to work independently

This a full time permanent role, working around 36hrs per week with flexible shift times, although you will need to work when the studio is at its busiest - ideally 10.30 - 6.30pm 3 days per week with another weekday shift either 8am - 4pm or 6am - 2pm. This can be adjusted to fit the ideal candidate but flexibility is appreciated.You will enjoy Friday's off but be required to work Saturday mornings from 8am -12noon.
